TRAIL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The Cheese Country Trail is currently OPEN toATV'S and all other traffic posted 7/18/2008 at 9:15AM.
The trail is rough, please ride with caution.
Due to numerous noise complaints, the illegal use of altered muffler systems are being aggressively enforced.
Trail passes are $15 and must be purchased for motorcycles, utility vehicles, golf carts, ect.
The Lafayette Co. side trails are open to ATV's if the gates to those trails along the Tri-Country Trail are OPEN. Lafayette county side trail to Fayette is currently OPEN to ATV's - 7/18/2008
The next Tri-County Trail Commission meeting will be on 7/24/08 at 7:00pm along the Cheese Country Trail in Calamine, WI

| The multi-use Tri County Trail is located in southern Wisconsin. Passing through wooded areas, prairies, marshes, and small towns on the path of a former railroad bed, the trail is extremely popular with ATV's, dirt bikes, and motorcycles. The trail is also open to hikers, bicyclists, cross-country skiers, and those riding horses. The winter season welcomes snowmobilers. |
